Yamada sees a glimmer of hope as his torturous hospital stay nears its end. However, his relief is short-lived with the arrival of his final two caretakers: the massive, athletic nurse Ootsuka and her superior, the noisy mad scientist Dr. Amamiya. Following the doctor’s orders, the inexperienced Ootsuka attempts to extract a semen sample from Yamda but fails to do it properly. Losing her patience, Amamiya steps in herself, using her secret techniques to successfully milk him dry. The analysis of his sample reveals an unprecedented discovery—a never-before-seen condition that sends the excited doctor into a frenzy. Dragging Yamada to her private lab with Ootsuka in tow, Amamiya plots to extract even more samples for her extreme research. Yamada’s nightmare is far from over as he becomes the ultimate test subject for this crazed scientific duo.
