The episode follows the Tozuma family’s reign over St. Orchis Academy, where Haruka serves as headmistress, Suzuna as student council president, and twins Himari and Komari as students. Male students, oppressed by the family’s matriarchal rule, rebel and target the twins, violating them to spark chaos. Seizing the opportunity, Kei traps Haruka, usurping control of the academy. The sisters become pawns in a vengeful scheme, their dignity stripped as male students unleash their pent-up desires.
